Waiting Staff: working at the pass, carrying food and drink to customers, clearing and cleaning tables, general floor assistance.
£14.24 per hour, plus tips
Previous experience required
Must be over 18, hold an NI number and have the right to work in the UK

Maitre D: Overseeing waiting staff and keeping the restaurant and service running smoothly.
£15.60 per hour, plus tips
Previous experience required

Kitchen Porter: Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, manning the dishwasher and supporting food service
£14.24 per hour, plus tips

cheffing:
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen team, taking the lead on and helping to design breakfast service here at Deja Vaulty Vu.
Hours are 6am - 12pm daily
Experience required - rates to be discussed, with a possible salary for the right person

Deja Vaulty Vu is one of three venues that we run on Lower Marsh, including The Vaults (our immersive arts and theatre venue) and Vaulty Towers (our theatrical pub). Shifts at Deja Vaulty Vu may mean you are able to take on shifts at these venues also. We ask that all staff are flexible in supporting the other venues and their teams while on shift.
